Open Studio are Retail-level showrooms that bring WeWork to life in a new and scaling market via physical space, tools, and collateral .
For Territories that have a higher than average Opening Occupancy Open Studios are meant to educate Enterprise members in new markets. For those with lower averages, we’re looking to also lift the average to 80% and above.
This is a pilot project and second to open in the world.
